1

Create your account

Sign up with your name, email and utility/company name. Your company becomes your own private workspace โ€” your team's stations, data and alarms are visible only to people you invite.

2

Request your first device

On the Monitoring page, press + Add Device and pick what's in the panel at your site:

โš™ Berghof PLC

Full station control + live data every few seconds. Enter the PLC serial from the controller nameplate. Best for pump stations you want to watch closely โ€” and control remotely when that's enabled for your site.

๐ŸŒŠ Lacroix LogUp

Battery datalogger (~9-year battery, cellular built in) for sites with no power or PLC. Pick the template that matches โ€” Lift Station, Water Tank or Booster โ€” and the wiring guide appears right in the form. Enter the device UID from LX CONNECT. Full walkthrough: LogUp setup guide โ†’

Not sure which fits a site? The rule of thumb: pumps you control โ†’ PLC; something to watch a few times a day on battery power โ†’ LogUp.
3

We approve it โ€” the station connects itself

Every device request is reviewed. Once approved:

PLC: we issue a one-time claim code (8 characters, valid 1 hour). Type it on the station's Cloud page and the PLC fetches its own secure credentials โ€” nothing to configure by hand, and the station reconnects itself automatically forever after.

LogUp: nothing to do at the site โ€” data flows from the Lacroix cloud within minutes of approval.

Every connection is TLS-encrypted, and each customer's devices are locked to their own namespace at the broker level.
4

Watch it live

Open ๐Ÿ“Ÿ Fleet on your phone (add it to your home screen) โ€” every station on one dark screen: levels, sparklines, pump status, and plain-language station state like "pumping down ยท P1 LEAD" or "waiting on drawdown". Alarmed stations jump to the top. Tap any station for detail: charts with your ON/OFF setpoints drawn in, pump runtimes and starts, daily flow totals, battery life on LogUps.

5

Set your alarms & how you're notified

Offline alarms are automatic on every device โ€” if a station goes silent or a LogUp misses its check-in, you hear about it, no setup. On the ๐Ÿ”” Alarming page add level, pressure and rate-of-change alarms with the same Hi-Hi / Hi / Lo / Lo-Lo setup you know from a local panel; live statistics show you exactly where to put the setpoints.

Notifications go to email, Pushover on your phone, or both โ€” raise and clear, with critical alarms as high-priority pushes.

6

Invite your team

On the ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Team page add operators and managers โ€” they get their own logins to the same stations, and everyone on the team receives alarm emails automatically.

That's the whole setup.

Most customers go from account to live data the same day โ€” LogUp sites in under an hour.
